Failed leads

View leads that failed to be delivered to an external integration (e.g. Google Sheets, Mailchimp, Webhook). Failed leads are still stored on Riddle's servers — you can resend them once you have fixed the integration issue, or delete them.

  1. Go to the main menu in the top right corner and click on Failed leads under MANAGE LEADS.

  2. Click on Resend to re-add leads to the lead queue or DELETE to delete the failed leads from this list.
