Name

  1. Add a Name block.

CAPTCHA

  3. Select a CAPTCHA type.

File upload

  1. Add a File upload block.
  2. Click on the edit icon to set the label, allowed file types, maximum file size and required option, and click on SAVE.
  3. Connect Google Drive under Save and connect data, otherwise uploaded files are not saved.
