Wine is one of Senku’s first inventions in the show (later replaced with highly distilled alcohol), as it becomes a vital component in creating the revival fluid nital.
In the show, a crossbow is among Senku’s earlier creations made to defend against Tsukasa in case he started fighting against the group since no one would be able to stop him in a pure fistfight.

Byakuya Ishigami became an astronaut on the International Space Station before the petrification wave turned all of humanity into stone. He, along with the other five people on board, eventually returned to Earth and started Ishigami Village.
After getting ironworking running, Senku gets Ishigami Village to mass-produce katana briefly in order to intimidate an attack from the Tsukasa Empire.
Senku utilizes this technology as one of the first steps in creating the wires needed for electronics. At first, he calls on the guards Kinro and Ginro to manually pull ropes to spin the central bowl, but the resulting sugar ended up having clumps due to the uneven acceleration when the person pulling changed. Later, a series of gears replaced the ropes, leading to an even spinning speed and the stone world’s first cotton candy machine.
After various trials and advancements, Senku brings artificial light to the stone world. However, it immediately burns out. So only after further advancements, including things like vacuum tubes, he can make a fully functional light bulb usable both to light the village and in further inventions.
For Senku’s birthday, Ishigami Village comes together to build him an observatory, specifically including a telescope that allowed him to see Jupiter and its moons for the first time since waking up in the stone world.
In the show, Senku tasked Gen with making hundreds of batteries to store electric charge with the end goal of creating batteries with enough stored energy to energy to power their new phones.
Byakuya Ishigami used the bottom of a glass bottle and parts from the pod that he and the other astronauts returned to Earth in to create a new record, which Senku uncovered several millennia later and began playing so that all of Ishigami Village could hear music from the old world for the first time.
